Notice is hereby given that, the Annual General Meeting of Tanzania

 

Professionals Network will be held as follows:-

 

 

 

Date and Time:     Sunday, 31st Aug 2008 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Starts

 

                                  2:00 sharp.

 

 

Venue:                  British Council.

 

Participants:       All TPN Members, Professionals, Entrepreneurs and all

 

                               interested parties.

 

Entrance Fee:    TZS 5,000 per person.

 

Agenda:    - Confirmation of Minutes of the Previous AGM & Matters arising;

                

                    - TPN Financial Statement for the 2007/2008 fiscal year;

                 

                    - TPN Presidential Report for the 2007/2008 fiscal year;

          

                    - Adoption of the TPN Empowerment Fund Constitution;

      

                    - Bi-Election of TPN National Leaders;

 

                    - AOB.
